What is eSchool payment center?
eSchool payment center is an Electronic Bill Payment Service which allows Parents and Students an easy and secure method to pay fees online. eSchool payment center is a service offering from MCC (Metropolitan Communications, LLC).
How does eSchool payment center work?
eSchool sends fee information to MCC where it is processed and made available to you.
You can then log into eSchool payment center to submit payment of your fees.
All information gathered is on an encrypted, secure server and is not sold or released for any reason other than to complete a transaction.
How Do I Register?
Registering is easy and requires minimal information from you.
Complete the online Signup questions including name, address, username and password.
You will receive an email with your Activation Number for accessing eSchool payment center for the first time.
Return to the eSchool payment center home page and login with your email address or username, Password, and your Activation number when prompted. You are ready to pay bills on eSchool payment center.
Is my information secure?
eSchool payment center accepts payments using a secure, 128 bit SSL encrypted webpage. This is the highest standard in Internet security. All information is stored in a secured database to prevent unauthorized access to the data. All information is kept private, and is not shared.
Why haven't I received an email with my Login Information and Activation Number?
The security settings on your email account may not allow an Activation Number to be sent to you. Before completing this Signup, please check the settings on your email system to ensure that email can be accepted from . and If you do not receive an email with your Activation Number within 8 hours, please contact us at mccsupport@invoicecloud.com
What forms of payment can be used on eSchool payment center?
eSchool payment center currently accepts payments by ACH transfer (electronic check) from a checking or savings account. If Malden Public Schools allows them, payments are also available by using your credit or debit card (MasterCard®,Discover®, and American Express®). Which Bills Can I Pay?
Malden Public Schools eSchool may have fees related to your child’s activities including but not limited to Athletics, Book fees, Field Trips, and any other fee related to your child’s activity.
Can I make a scheduled payment for a future date?
Yes, You can set up a future payment at the same time you are paying a current bill.
When making a payment, I received a message stating that fee is not available. What does this message indicate?
At the beginning of every billing cycle, Malden Public Schools sends their fee information to MCC. The above message indicates that Malden Public Schools has not yet sent new fee information, or that the new information is not ready to receive payments.
What information is needed to complete an eSchool payment center payment?
The only information needed to complete a payment on eSchool payment center is your Student’s ID number and Last Name. You will also need a valid bank account or credit card information. It's that easy.
When can I pay?
eSchool payment center is available for payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Malden Public Schools may have time limits on when a payment can be made. The fees within your payment cart will reflect whether or not they may be paid.
Does it cost me to register for eSchool payment center?
There are no signup costs or subscription fees for using eSchool payment center.
Can I use a Credit Card to pay my bill(s)?
The non-refundable convenience fee when using credit cards is a percentage-based fee that varies depending on the card you use. The convenience fee is automatically calculated based upon the type of credit card used and the dollar amount of the bill being paid.
There are no fees imposed by MCC for returned payments, however your bank and/or Malden Public Schools may charge you a fee based on their fee schedule.
Why can't I use a credit card to pay Malden Public Schools bills?
If you are not able to choose Credit Card as a payment method, Malden Public Schools has not yet elected to participate in accepting credit cards as a payment method for their fees.
You can use an ACH transfer (electronic check) as a payment method using your checking or savings account.
How should I enter my credit card information?
The information you enter on the Payment Method screen must be exactly the same as it appears on your monthly credit card statement. This information collected will be used to authorize your payment.
Will I receive a confirmation number after paying my bill?
Yes, you will receive a confirmation number after your transaction is recorded (and authorized, in the case of credit card transactions). Please keep this number as a confirmation of your payment.
Can I use more than one payment method per transaction?
You may use either a credit card or ACH transfer (electronic check) from your checking or savings account as a payment method for each transaction. You cannot combine payment methods or use multiple credit cards for one transaction.
When paying by credit card, how does my payment appear on my statement?
You will find two transactions on your Credit Card statement; one amount covering the costs of the fee paid to Malden Public Schools, and one amount covering the cost of the transaction for using eSchool payment center.
When paying by ACH transfer (electronic check), how does my payment appear on my bank statement?
You will find two transactions on your bank statement; one amount covering the costs of the fee for Malden Public Schools, and one amount covering the cost of the transaction for using eSchool payment center.
